Using this website
This website is operated by Dom Delmar Ltd. under the Dom Delmar brand and introduces services focused on Ibiza. You may explore the service areas and submit a private enquiry.
Enquiries and service agreements
Submitting a form requests a personal response. It does not reserve a property, appoint an agent, create a paid service, guarantee availability or confirm a transaction. Any mandate, commission, rental, management or advisory arrangement is documented separately. The applicable signed agreement governs that service.
Property and commercial information
Information is subject to confirmation for the specific property and engagement. Architectural inspiration is illustrative and is not an available listing. Commercial terms shown to signed-in clients relate to the indicated service and remain subject to the written proposal and applicable taxes. Nothing on this website guarantees an investment return.
Private client area
Keep sign-in credentials confidential. Access to one property or document does not authorise access to other private material or its onward distribution. Individual permissions may be limited, expire or be withdrawn. Notify info@domdelmar.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
Responsible use
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to bypass access controls or submit material you are not entitled to share. Contact info@domdelmar.com about errors, access or a service concern. These website terms do not replace mandatory consumer rights or terms agreed for a specific service.
