Who handles your information
Dom Delmar Ltd. operates this website under the Dom Delmar brand. For privacy questions or requests concerning your personal information, contact info@domdelmar.com.
Private enquiries
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address and enquiry type. A phone number, location, budget, timing and message are optional. It also records the language, selected service or property where applicable, submission time and your acknowledgement of this notice. Requests are stored in the private website administration area and a notification is addressed to the Dom Delmar enquiry mailbox.
We use this information to respond to your request, discuss a potential engagement and manage an existing client relationship. Where you request steps towards a service or have an agreement with us, the relevant basis is taking those steps or performing that agreement. Website security and abuse prevention support our legitimate interest in operating a reliable service. Where a separate consent is requested, you can withdraw it for the future. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.
Accounts and private access
Client accounts use WordPress sign-in and password recovery. Signing in does not automatically open every private opportunity. Specific access is reviewed individually and may be limited, expire or be withdrawn. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, identity documents or confidential property addresses through the initial enquiry or concierge.
Website operation
The website is hosted with IONOS and uses WordPress. Hosting and communication providers process the technical information needed to operate the site and deliver messages. Security logs may include connection details such as an IP address, request time and browser information. The enquiry form uses keyed hashes for its short abuse and duplicate-submission controls.
Dom Concierge offers guided routes to help prepare an enquiry. A question transferred to the enquiry form is sent to Dom Delmar when you submit that form. The current guided service does not provide legal advice, confirm availability or grant private access.
Access, retention and sharing
Authorised staff use enquiry information for the purposes above. Relevant information may be shared with a service provider or professional adviser where needed for a service you request. The specific engagement determines any further recipients and processing arrangements.
Information is retained for handling the enquiry and any resulting relationship, and for applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. The appropriate period depends on the request and the records concerned. Contact us to request deletion or information about your records. Copies in operational backups may remain until the relevant backup is replaced.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, object to processing, or withdraw a consent previously given. Contact info@domdelmar.com; proportionate identity verification may be needed. You can also raise a complaint with the competent data protection authority, including the Spanish AEPD where applicable.
